Modular sales content system
To support Sales and Customer Success, I together with stakeholders from Sales and Didactics developed the Industry Super Kits, a set of pre-produced, modular assets tailored to different industries. Instead of creating materials from scratch for each client, we built a scalable system including one-pagers, vocabulary lists and course overviews, combined with adaptable device visuals.
The system was designed to work across industries, formats and languages, with clear structural and layout rules. In its first phase, it was rolled out for Retail, IT and Manufacturing, with assets produced in German, English, Italian and partly Spanish.


Content varied significantly in length and language, so the system had to hold up under constant change—expanding, compressing and adapting without losing structure.
